At Synergy Strength CrossFit Saskatoon, we provide much more than a typical gym in our CrossFit group workouts. With conventional gyms you pay for a membership, grab a towel and are left to figure out things on your own. Things are different at here where you are a member of a fun and supportive community and our expert coaches guide you the entire time…planning the workouts for you, teaching you correct technique, supporting and motivating you, and you have a blast the entire time!
