Getting Started with Synergy Strength & Conditioning…Home of CrossFit Saskatoon
It’s easy to get started at the gym at Synergy. Whether you are interested in our CrossFit group fitness classes, personal training or a weight loss program, your Synergy journey always begins the same way – with a complimentary introductory session that will teach you about our gym and philosophy and helps us learn how to help you best.
What should you expect from this intro session?
This first session will satsify any curiosity you might have about CrossFit. You’ll get a taste of what workouts in our gym are like with a few other interested people. It also includes a relaxed consultation where we will go through your goals, expectations, fitness level, and experience, give you a tour of our facilities, meet some of our trainers and learn about our different services. We’ll then discuss the various membership options and try to find the one that best matches your goals and budget.
Take our NEW On Ramp training
Once you know CrossFit is for you, you can move onto our new On Ramp program. This includes 12 special training sessions that show you the basics of CrossFit in a small group setting (6 or less) so you will feel more comfortable and competent when you join the regular group fitness classes.
